What is your budget and are you building it or what? That card won't get you very far at all, either.

CPU is "garbo," huh? The 555 dual-core actually IS a quad-core most of the time. the other 2 cores are latent, or not activated. They are quite simple to activate, though, and then you have yourself a cheap quad-core. It is easily the best CPU out there for the money on a budget. Card is 3 generations behind and is rubbish, though.
