First off, calling MS wont do anything, they say when you are banned that they will not tell you why you were banned due to security or some shit. Secondly, you MUST have done something... I mean, they do ban for the smallest things, my friend said (And Idk if he was lying or not) that he got console banned for having a modded avatar and modded gamerscore.... so you must have done something to get banned, they dont just randomly ban people.
