I got turtle beaches x lc and it needs to have the voice option on play threw both speaker and headset but whenni set it to play threw both it goes back to play threw headset. How do I fix this

dont do that, hit play through speakers, make sure tv is unmuted as well, most turtle beaches have cables for the audio cables to hook up into and into the back of the tv, so make it play through speakers. hope i helped
