Yeah does anybody want to ask me some questions about fitness how to gain muscle how to lose fat and stuff like that?

I'm a skinny kid and I only way like 120 pounds, I'm poor and I cannot afford any weight equipment, I would like to start working out, but how??

I want to get bigger muscles, I'm a 5' 10" rugby player, what weights do you recommend?

You Could Do Situps Go Running If You Do That Stuff

Situps For About 10 Mintues
And Running For About 20 Mins

you will gain some muscle

THE AFTERBURN EFFECT
Lose weight - Gain muscle

The afterburn effect is the one of the quickest ways of gaining muscle and losing fat from anypart of your body. It has also been scientifically proven that this is one of the best ways to body build or even just to shape up for the summer.

The afterburn effect is based on your diet after you have worked out.

In order to lose fat and gain muscle you need to be using as many muscles in your body as you can. As you workout, your body uses energy to make you move. you need to push yourself to the max when your working out. once all that energy has been used, your body then starts to use the calories (or fat) all around your body as energy.

MORE EFFORT - MORE FAT LOST
I recommend dead-lifts.

If you do not have weights, i recommend this workout, ive used it alot and trust me, it works

Jumping squats
Side to side push ups
Squat rows (Grab a t-shirt and hold it out infront of you and pull tight)
Squat and raise (Grab a t-shirt and hold it out infront of you and pull tight)
Half burpees

Perform each exercise for atleast 20 seconds and repeat the whole thing 5 times.
These need to be repeated only once a day!
When you become a little more intermediate you can make up your own routines.

Another exercise for people with dumbells:

Depending on how much weight your can handle.
Bicep curls w/ squats - take weight off every 10 repetitions
Push ups - Use dumbells to rest hands on a push up from there, once your at full stretch, lift dumbell up and move left and right, the do another rep.
