i been to court but got lucky the ppl wasnt there so i had too take a class one way to get out of it is play sick duh say u have fever or stomach ache idk make something up

only possible way for him to plead the 5th is if he didn't tell the cops he'd testify in court. if he did not tell the cops that then he can plead 5th and they can't make him say anything.
