I just turned on my XBox and there was an update for Black Ops and now it's not letting me play with my friends. They are all saying they never got an update so I am very confused...

Okay, let me clear this up. for them too play with you, they have to restart their xbox and then play black ops and get the update. then they will be able to play with you. there, that should help. 8)
