I have a feeling that if I type something you don't like your just going to say i'm spamming. If your going to leave because this then do it. You don't understand how little mods there are and how many spam posts there are.

Yeah I noticed this starting a while ago. It is very annoying. I have seen this on the jtag section also. People dont know the answer but to get a post they take the guy above them and reword it.

Sorry, but mods/admins have social lives. They can't be closing every single reported post in 5 seconds. All topics that are reported take time to process, it's because if you report a topic now, they have to delete/close the topics before the topic your reported.
They just can't skip the reports unless they get linked to the topic on aim or pm.

Give them a break.

And if a topic has a dumb question, then just report it for pointless post. Simple as that.
If you don't like the thread just forget about it and move on
Plus, not everyone here on TTG spams. A lot of users take time to make decent replies/threads.
