You can host 15th lobbys on the wii, its not like the xbox section, where everything is patched. Originally when a mod menu came out for the wii, it got patched pretty quick and most people know this but what most people don't know is that a bypass has been found(only for the wii).

Also you can get banned, but it is very very unlikely as they hardly monitor the wii, so if you do get banned its because you were in the game with a developer(which is even more unlikely).
