Hello, first off, please disregard Se7enSins in the title as 7s is useless. I have recently decided to get back into gaming after a long break only to discover my Xbox is broken. Well, it's not the Xbox itself but the disc tray. So the disc tray/drive won't open, it was opening before but now it won't manually or automatically. When we did get it to open it wouldn't open all the way and the screen would say opening and closing and it would go back and forth between the two. Can anyone help me? Is there another solution aside from getting a new disc drive? It's a BenQ disc drive and everything is plugged in. The Xbox itself is functional, but without the disc drive it's practically useless.
