say if you just want 1 gold gun or something :
Start a private match free for all with 2 freinds
keep voting to skip until you're on a map with the gun you want
each have a match boosting headshots with gun you want in gold and it'll take about an hour for all 3 of you to have the guns you wanted in gold!

This works because all kills/headshots in private matches countto challenges and also you earn xp from the kills too!
