Me and a friend cant connect to each others party/private chat but if someone else is hosting the party we can. Can anyone explain why we cant connect to each other?

Something to do with both of your Connections.
Reset your Routers... Press the small button at the back.
If that don't work, try and call your ISP to see if they can do something about it.
