Again...I wasn't concerned with WHAT they meant (they seem rather obvious), rather why they are constantly used.

Just because I am older and play games and visit a website in dealing with these games...I automatically have no life? I have a great life. Wonderful wife, beautiful baby boy, and a successful career. Just because I've afforded myself the free time to play games and visit this website...I shouldn't?

How about you get a life? Instead of sitting behind a keyboard/TV all day...go out and introduce yourself to fresh air, get a part-time job, hang out with friends (not virtual ones). Oh wait...you don't want to? You'd rather play video games and sit here during your free time? Then what makes me different than you?
