Well if you're in, "sleep paralysis" does that mean you didn't fail?

I guess it means I was some what successful. I thought I was awake when I was 'dreaming' but I woke up instantly scared as f. haha

I've had dreams like these before where I would know it's just a dream, but I never knew what it was called.

They realize they are in a dream and can control it.
Most people can't do that though. Like me for example.

Congrats on the sticky but can someone tell me why everyones suddenly become intrested in lucid dreaming?
