I would like to boost, but ill unlock the nuke in 4 levels. Is that fine for waiting until?

You don't even need to boost for it.

Use the Harrier Strike and Chopper Gunnner and your kills with rack up in no time. I seriously got 5 nukes (it was my first time ever getting a nuke) yesterday by playing Ground War. Camp for the first seven kills, use your Harrier to get four more kills, and then use the Chopper Gunner and just shoot at any locked on person. You might need to kill a couple more after that, but if you're on a map like Scrapyard the Chopper Gunner should be enough.
