Im Not Good With Computer Specs And Computer Talk!
So Heres My Specs/Things:

Windows Edition:
Vista Home Basic
Service Pack Two

System:
Processor - AMD Sempron(tm) SI-42 2.10 GHz
RAM - 1.00 GB
System Type - 32-Bit Operating System

I Read All The Stuff On The Hauppauge Website And My Comp Checked Out.
What Are Your Thoughts?

It might be too much. If your planning to record Cod Games, it wont work as it will take to much memory.

I doubt it. Your lacking on RAM, get some more and it would be ok. Even if you can record it would take years to render if it even did. Vista eats RAM as well so I dont think would work.

Well Its Only For Recording Cod Yeah And Only In 1 To 3 Miniute Clips Maybe Not Even That And Ive Been Told An External Usb With AutoBoost Will Help Alot!
And My Comp Can Handle Photoshop, Cinema 4d, Sony Vegas And More Browsers Open And Still Run Smooth.

So I Hope It Will Be Ok...

Yes, it would, but if you don't use that, it's likely to give up.

Yes, it would, but if you don't use that, it's likely to give up.
