Everyone who is wondering if they will get banned we don't know so stop asking but you knew the chances any kind of modding has it's risks so.. I hope no no-one gets banned

I doubt anyone that downloads the content will be affected.

Its the people who don't follow instructions and re-download the content from the game history.

I've done this a few times and never been banned for it and probably never will.

Its those who are careless that will be banned.

Here in France, some of non jtag users have received a email ban notification even without have downloaded content from the history ...

I dunno how they can localize us, because sharing profiles with a usb key is supposed to be legal ! I worry about it and I think I won't play non jtag games from now. I just hope I won't get banned ...

This email informs you that your Xbox Live account has been suspended permanently because of a marketplace theft.

Here are the reasons that may be involved :

Duplication of a Marketplace content.
Microsoft points attempted fraud.
Illegal codes acquired.

Then the email just says that the users won't be able to connect their account to Xbox Live and it gives some adresses to get more information, etc ...
