i have the original gta 4 on a disk and bought tbogt and the lost with ms points

is it possible to mod tbogt or what?

no you can only mod the original gta 4 as far as i know.

You need to have the Episodes From Liberty City disc to mod them, since them mods are made on the ISO itself.
