For This Tutorial You Will Need:
Original Nand
Jtagged360
Xellous Installed On Jtag
Jtag Tool
360 Flash Tool
USB Flash Drive
CPU Key For Your Jtagged Console

Method:

Step1: Make sure you have your original nand. It will be named nand1.bin

Step2: Open up 360 Flash Tool and then open your nand1.bin

Step3: Click on where it says "Bad Blocks"

Step4: Note down the Bad Blocks and the location of the Bad Blocks. I have only 2 bad blocks, you might have more. Just do the same for all of them.

Step5: Now open up Jtag Tool and run it as "Administrator"

Step6: Now click on "Repair Bad Nand"

Step7: Now you will see a tab that will say "Bad Blocks", Click it

Step8: Now open your nand1.bin

Step9: Now fill in the Bad Block and the location of the Bad Block as shown in the diagram below

Step10: Once the Bad Block and the location is filled in, click the "Add" button

Step11: Now click the "Unmap" button

Step12: A black box will pop up with a load of writing. Just click Enter to continue

Step13: Now it will ask you to save your nand1.bin that you have just unmapped. Make sure you save it on the desktop and call it "NandUnmapped.bin"

Step14: Now enter your CPU Key which you will get from booting into Xellous on your Jtagged 360.

Step15: Now Choose "USB" under "Device Type" and also make sure you choose your motherboard under "Console Type" My motherboard is a Falcon, so i will choose Falcon Obviously

Step16: Now click the button that says "Create FB"

Step17: It will ask you to select your "NandUnmapped.bin" So go ahead and select that file

Step18: A black box will appear. Just click Enter to continue.

Step19: Now it will ask you to save the FreeBOOT.bin file that you have just created. Make sure you save this to your desktop

Step20: Now go to back to the "Bad Blocks" tab and open up the "FreeBOOT.bin you have just created

Step21: Now click the "ReMap" button

Step22: A black box will pop up with a load of writing. Just click any key to continue

Step23: Now it will ask you to save the "FreeBOOT.bin" that you have just ReMapped. Save the file to your desktop and make sure you name it "FreeBOOTReMapped.bin"

Step24: Now you can exit out of Jtag Tool. Now you need to rename the "FreeBOOTReMapped.bin" file to "updflash.bin"

Step25: Now open up the file that you just renamed to "updflash.bin" in 360 Flash Tool

Step26: Now check that 6BL And 7BL say "13599". Also check that nothing on the right hand side says "Bad Key/KV" if it does say that then don't flash it to your console. If it doesn't say this and everything is good then continue. Last thing to check is that it doesn't say "Bad Blocks" anymore. If it still says "Bad Blocks" Then do not flash to console.

Step27: Now your ready to flash. Drag the "updflash.bin" file onto the root directory of your usb drive. The root directory is basically the main part of your usb so in simple terms just drag the file straight onto your usb. Make sure there is nothing else on your usb apart from the "updflash.bin" file.

Step28: Head over to your jtag and plug usb into jtag (Jtag must be OFF) Now boot in Xellous by pressing the eject button and xellous will read your usb and will automatically update. Leave it a good few minutes to update. Once jtag has updated, turn off console and unplug the power brick from the console and leave it out for 10-15 seconds. Now plug power brick back into jtag and start up normally on jtag and your DONE!!!! You have now repaired the bad blocks on your nand and updated to the new 13599 dash
