I know it says for 1.12 put it will work for all patches. If you have downloaded the new patch that has come out the 3.77 it will not work you will have to use the elite mossy patch blocker to do it.

2.You will be able to do the unlimted care package glitch online and offline.
3.You will be able to do elevators online and offline.
4.You will be able to go in third person cage matchs.(Easy boosting!)
5.You will be able to do wall breachs.
