Really again.......okay listen, where does it say ANYWHERE on the achievement list it is called three gun tequila? Hmmmm....Now I see that this map has 8 perks because of the achievement. So 8-7=1....so ONE new perk...

I think you can just go out and buy them?

But if not, then I would say you'll have to use the new Hacking Equipment to acquire them all.
