Method:

First you will need:

An xbox
A Usb stick

NOTE:
Before doing the following clear your system cache.

1)Download the CoD4 Title update
2)Download a custom patch [Like TreePatch]
3)Then open Le Fluffie and open the title update and go to contents.
4)Then replace the patch with the modded one and then go to security and click Fix.
5)Then put the Title Update on a usb.
6)Then plug into the xbox and go on cod4 and wait for it to ask you to update.
7)Then update because its updating from the modded title update on the usb.
[Or dont update and then go to splitscreen and click choose storage device and click usb then click update.]
8)Go online and host.

METHOD 2:

You need:

2 xbox's
usb
ethernet cable

1)Do the same as above up until:Stage 6 ,and when its prompts you to update click no.
2)then go onto system link and start game.[It will be modded.]
3)with your other xbox join the system link game.(May take time to find but it does)
4)Once infected back out and go to splitscreen and if its a checkerboard then go online and host.
