I restored my iTouch ( From my iTouch ) and now every time the apple logo shows up there comes loading thing - and loads for like 2 hours...
What should I do?

Idk if this resets all data, but put it into recovery mode and connect to itunes. Lemme know if it works.

Put your iDevice into Recovery Mode. Is it jailbroken? If it is, then Apple won't help you.

No - I Un-Jailbroke it from my iTouch (Delete date) and now it doesn't turn on so its not jailbroken no more
