this is true, but people are ignorant that will never change.

i personally dont know how stressful it can be ive never been staff.

but i could only imagine, all the the complaning from members, or site issues and removing ignorant post.

It doesn't make any difference any way, the topics that should be reported will eventually fade away off onto page 1,000,000 eventually. I understand that you have a life, good, because it would be sad if once you turned off your PC you still were living in a TTG world, boring everyone with you hobby... LOL

but, here's the thing bubba... If you guys are "MONITORS" then you all should get together and try to resolve certain issues, somethings you guys ARE neglecting for real (just to be honest), and it's apparent you guys don't sit down and discuss how to make things a little better with your bosses because since I've got here, which is not too long ago, I've yet to see someone even take up for you guys oh well...

and I am sure the reports come flying in and with limited staff and moderation of different forums it is riguorous work
You also need time for fun and amusement, for example lols in the shoutbox or posting in the forums.
Mixed with school/work/friends/social lives
topped off with coming up with ideas to make the site better or introducing more things into the forums.
People will never realize that
1. asking for staff always means you wont get staff
2. it is the internet. never trust anyone
3. admins and mods are not gods, they cant do everything at once and will other staff members to do what they want at all times
4. With everything I have just mentioned and more it is obviously not easy and there will always be the little kids coming around and taking everything you guys do, your hard work, your effort to keep the forums clean, and make it a pleasent enviroment for granted.

Don't let the stupid members get you down.
You all do a great job, and almost everything you guys do is fair, balanced, and really professional.

I always make sure if there is a Topic that i don't agree with, i report it 8)

Staff do, do alot of work the is over 500,000+ members so it's not easy to moderate the forums.
