Not sure if anyone's noticed this, so I thought it might be something to look into.
There's a clock on the opposite wall from the Jug machine. After obtaining the four DMs and getting to a monkey round, the clock seems to rotate, for example, the number 2 was pointed on top instead of the 12. I'm not sure if this could lead to anything, but it seems similar to the buttons that spawn on monkey rounds.
Looking into it, but it gets tedious, so if anyone else wants to check it as well, you're welcome to.

hey guys earlier i noticed in the spawn room, when power is on. when the thingy spins in circles the power to quick revive goes away when u are upstairs in spawn but when your down stairs the power is still there. i'm not sure if this is because of a lagged connection but it seems to be that way every time. so check it out.
so when it starts spinning go to 2nd level of spawn area and look at the quick revive and the lights go out on it. plus this may be something, why can you only get four perks at once? you cant have all five. message back talk about.and your theory with the clock points to the quick revive going with my theory. so why would it lose power?
i made it 54 rds with 4 people and downed 3 times hit me up if your as good and you must know how to do the nodes. im sick of tards that don't even know about the nodes

I'd attribute everything freight said to the glitched lighting around the quick revive. It's the same thing as shooting from the area where the bloodstained pipes are horizontal, when you shoot towards quick revive from certain locations (after power is on) it gives the appearance that the quick revive is flickering with each shot. I think it's only visible from the person shootings screen. I spent hours **** around with this, even bringing the deathmachines in there and testing ideas, ultimately leads to nothing but a glitch with the lighting. Ah, treyarch. As for the clocks, you got me but i'm quite certain there's nothing left to find in this map.
