This should honestly be in the rant section. Microsoft doesn't ban people for no reason, so cut the shit and just accept what you did, and that whatever it is you did was wrong and against the CoC.

Iv'e sadly been banned, I freaked out, my parents were freaked out because there was no reason. Found out because of 2 warnings of foul behaviour toward player abuse. Turns out i bought a ps3, The controller was too small for my hands so i sold it than i bought an xbox slim. It was also a terrible experince because all of that problem cost me around 300-400$ plus the xbox games were extanged for ps3 and than to extange from ps3 to xbox i had to add another 20$ to every game.It was a nightmare.

There's no way to 'unban' yourself.
Unless you actually didn't deserve to be banned,
contact microsoft about it.

There is no way to get unbanned from Xbox Live

I kinda hope I get banned so i can get the refund (60$ for my live) and just start a new membership

call xbox ask why you got banned and settle it that way
