if i prestige on black ops it says i will get a prestige token for mw3, what do i use this for in the prestige shop?

unlock stuff like extra classes and stuff like that

You can buy new things that will improve your gameplay. Like extra classes, double xp for a certain gun, etc...
Go to the MW3 info sticky for a picture and details.
