Your a dumass because:
1.MS can only detect JTAGS that are online not Flashed xboxs with flashed xbox's they check your xbox hardware some way.
2.Infinity ward only has access to banning people from the game they have to flag your account and with every major leak there is a period of 1-3days that the ban wave starts going out to all those accounts confirmed of having modded hardware.
