on the mission where you distract the guards for seth, and you have to hand the pardon letter that he gives you to the telegram people, how do you hand it to him? will give 100 rep to the best answer and please be specific
(the pardon letter is in your kit and it clears your bounty) i just don't know how to you use it i tried clicking a and everything else
