Your console will be banned, you just need a KV to unban it. You can use it offline all you want when it is banned, it just cannot go online (XBL). There is a thing called Xlink kai which is an alternative xbox live that works through system link, if I were you I would go check that out too.

Your XBL account RARELY gets banned from doing a 10th prestige lobby, only your console gets banned.

Agreed. Just because he is a gold member doesn't mean you get to be a douche bag... by the way he shouldn't tell people not to buy a jtag when his motto says that he's selling them. to him
