When I download Xbox Backup Creator from the link provided it shows up on my computer and I click on it and get this error "Run-time error '339': Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" I am running Windows 7, could that be why? Do you know how to fix this?

Yeah I know, you have to search for that missing file, download, and then put it in the folder with Xbox Backup Creator.

Simply putting it in the folder with the Xbox Backup Creator Application didn't work I'm not sure if that's what you suggested or not. I downloaded the file from many sources and got the same error. Then I found a link to a file called "libraryfiles" which contained 'MSCOMCTL.OCX'. Anyway, long story short, that libraryfiles installed on the SysWOW64 carpet got the program running, thanks a lot!
