i can't update modern warfare 3. it says my connection can't download the content from xbox live or some crap like that

Restart home hub/ Router
Pull out internet cable on xbox and put it back in
Restart Xbox
Try delete ur account then recover it,
Go to System Settings. Press Y and try restore it (i dunno what it completely says but u can easily find out )

ohhh i know what this is if you have a ethernet cable go to firewall and turn it off if this isn't helping check some other security things and just turn it off it helps for me
