Yes, that is correct You probably haven't unlocked the challenge yet ;) You've to get to a certain rank before the challenge can be completed

which one of those emblems is unlocked by completing the prestige challenge ''spectre'' which you need to get ac-130 kills?
if its anything like mw2, you get the cod4 spinning 10th emblem, whcih required 1,000 ac-130 kills... but can someone here who can read the code, check what this unlocks?
