There is really no point in this..
I don't think anyone cares about the rules. They're not enforced like they should be..
Just look what happened with the no selling rule.
Instead of getting more people to enforce it, one of the brilliant higher ups just said, ok let's just give in and modify the rules a little to allow 10th/KV selling.
The same thing will inevitably happen to this. The enforcement of the rules (in my own opinion) is pathetic. No offence.
Not to mention this rule makes it almost 100% for anyone to become a trusted seller now, because how are you going to prove you're a trustworthy seller if you aren't given a chance, no matter how much proof you have.
All I can say is this rule = fail.
Even though it means well it will never hold.

they aren't saying you cant open a shop, you just can't sell jtags unless you are one of the exceptions.

That seems really unfair though because what if someone provides proper proof that they have and jtag. They might just have one or they make them, but I they provide proper proof I do not see why they can't post it. All it really does is give more power to the admins or the trusted sellers

The main post has been updated with examples of things you can still sell, which is basically anything but a JTAG, as I have previously stated.
This new set of rules is going to be enforced from now on, I will personally see to it from now on. I will enlist the help of some staff I can count on, when I am busy or am unable to perform my duties.
As well, if you click this Forums/viewtopic/p=1718661.html#1718661 , you will find a perfect example of what happens when people oppose this rule.
