Any player that is top of their league/nationality and position. So like someone mentioned, Dani Alves, who is the best RB in la liga, the best Brazilian RB, and overall the best RB. Or if Micah Richards gets an IF, he will be the best English RB.

i dont think dani alves is very good on the game maicon is way better thats just what i think
