I'm not exactly sure what I am doing wrong here:
I am trying to copy the mw3 disk to the HDD of my jtag but its not working... It copies a few files then stops. Maybe I dont have the right updates on my jtag? Its on the old dash still. The one just before the current one. I'm not sure about the rest of its bios. Any ideas?

Also I am using xexloader. If that makes any difference.

it is the 9199 dash and mw3 doesnt work on it unless you remove the checks or update to new dash

Hmm... I am really scared to update my dash. Is there a safe way to do it? Or does it just involve not being stupid.

Download Jtag Tool (google it, first link) and create a freeboot for 13604 then flash to your jtag with 360flashtool
