Those who say that probably are people who are not in the condition or even close to it to even do it. If you haven't experienced wrestling, then you shouldn't say those stuff. My view upon wrestling changed when I did it. So if you have nothing good to say, don't even say it and go back to playing on your xbox or whatever you do and think that you can go to war just because you go 10-0 in search and destroy in MW3.


Also, you should learn how to do a planches, as they help out a ton and you will be literally unstoppable on bottom because they won't be able to budge you.

I do, I'm 150 and like 6' 0" but like I have since grade 7 (in grade 9) but this is my last year, high school wrestling looks gay and stuff. I have my first meet this wedsenday And I'm going for three years in a row first place! City Champ here I come!
