First Off i know this should be posted in the pc section but no one ever looks at that..
Ok, i have been having this problem for awhile and it is quite annoying.
Everytime i try to download something the box that should say: open, save, cancel. is a box that says: Save as Binary File save, cancel. then whenever i save it my internet closes and it doesnt save? any advice? it does this for pretty much everything. Aim downloads, msn, photoediting programs, modding programs

Please help
My system info: Microsoft windows Xp, 1.50gb of ram [noooooby i know =p] 2.80 GhZ watever the **** that is =p

Sounds like either your internet can't handle the download, you got a virus blocking all of it, your firewall is blocking it, or your computer can't handle the download.

how do i check if my comp cant handle or if my firewall is blocking?

You should use google chrome and then restart computer...

download 7 zip
extract the files to desktop
but dont move the files around, keep them in its origional folder
