my pvr when it is on and im on mw2 its really bright and its not the contrast or brightness plz help me plz and u will get 15 subs also !!!

plug everything in and out again, that sometimes works for me
or maybe try switching tv settings from for example 1080p to 720p or something like that

Make sure your tv settings for your xbox is 720 or 1080

Im assuming that ur using hauppauge
Open Total Media Extreme and go to Device Settings
then turn down ur brightness and contrast
