There is going to be DLC, actually. Bethesda has already been talking about working on DLC to make the game better, bot not neccessarily "bigger". So I'd assume some new items, maybe a new city somewhere on the map, a new faction maybe. But i doubt there will be any expansion of the already outrageous map.

And what do you mean by "How would you even download it?"?.... Just like any other DLC for any other game. Trololol?
