Get emotionally prepared and once you get into it, if you like it try some c4 protien drink mix before you work out. Also remember to stretch every day. Helps me alot.

use nose torqe it wakes you up. all it is is straight ammonia and you just smell it

I wouldnt if you do extersize at a young age you could stay short
