dont listen to these people above me who have never even seen a weight room... i was an all-state linebacker my sophmore year.. All you gotta do is well.. workout. dont stop. on sets of 10's, do 12. do extra reps. if you do two extra reps on one exercise a day and work out 3 days a week, thats 6 extra a week, and 24 more reps/ thats practically two more worout days for doing just TWO extra reps a day. push yourself and dont take the easy way out. if it hurts, your doing it right. Dont worry about how much weight youre doing, no matter what everyone else is doing. do whats comfortable at first and buld your way up. I started doing snatches with JUST the 45 pound bar. now I can snatch 180lbs. its all technique and the muscele will come. Hope I helped

lol aint nothing like the pushups, incline, decline, and regular bench, and squats if you dont wanna look like them weird people with only mussle on the top and nothing on the bottom lol.
If you can workout with the school football team if they have one it helps.
lol and you got to keep form if you lose that you wont gain anything!! Do what you can and do it right dont try to do something you cant do and end up hurting yourself cause you didnt keep your form. There have been studies that shown that kids that go lift a shit load of wait and gain the same amount as kid who used proper form and used just the bar!!! I know it sounds gay as fck but im telling you it will work.

for any arm exercise do 3 sets of 12 and for legs and any other lower body do 3 sets of 15
