Hi
I joined a lvl 12 clan today but I do not know how to claim the double xp from it.
Any help will be appreciated!

You can't claim double xp. Your clan has to redeem it and you have to be a part of the clan before they do it. If you just joined then you have to wait until the next double xp code that the leader will redeem and you have to be on that roster.
