arcas stopped giving the tech axe out he wants it to be exclusive the last person he gave it out to was butcherboyatoma after he said he wouldn't give it out anymore but toma contributes so much he gave it to him

u have to be a full time tester to get it Only the people who was a help to the game in the start of the game
