For all the dumb ass people, this is not fake, he is simply going into elite, then using Inspect element to change them, WHICH DOES WORK. I have done this myself to get all gold guns but I would not recommend changing perks and kill streaks at risk of being banned.

I can tell It's fake, because the picture inside the emblem is standing little outside of emblem.
