is there any way i got increase my luck at getting an good loot? i heard ppl say to kill those worm things, but then again i asked some 138s and they say thats some bs haha

that worms are called blood worms and i will try a ring of wealth next time i got bank i will use it for a few runs at barrows and see what i get
