Well im currently trying to connect to xbox live but wont let me im connected to the internet but still wont let me online. Im on xbox.com and it says xbox live up and running while its not. Help?

Just go to ur modem or router, then disconnect it for 30 sec. Then turn it back on and wait another 30 seconds and then restart the test, Hope it helps

Maybe try resetting your router or modem?

Always my first attempt at fixing connection issues.

In Xbox network settings try resetting that to factory settings.

If that doesn't work then I have no idea.

Im having the same problem, nothing seems to work, xbox needs to get their crap together >
