Klipsch Image S4 (These woud probably be your best bet), Monster Turbine, Head-Direct/Hifiman RE-0 (Not as bassy as others), Brainwavz M2.
When you say open for in-ears, I'm assuming you mean earbuds. I've got you covered. The Yuin PK2s (or PK1s if you can spend more) are the best earbuds available. They look cheap, but that is not the case!
Where can I find a pair of The Yuin PK2s?

On ear, the AKG K518 is a good option. In ear, the DUNU Trident or Xeport 5010 (ironically, the cheaper one is the better option for bass).
And for the PK2's: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] although for a ton of bass, earbuds usually aren't the best option, excluding the Sennheiser MX980.

Oh, forgot to give a recommendation! The PK2's would be spectacular if you listen to rock and such, but for dubstep, the DUNU Hawkeye (I'm not sure if these are out yet. Ill ask Rocky, but I love my pair for electronic of any kind) would be a good option along with the DUNU Hephaes. If you can find an Audio Technica CKS90, that'd be great too!

You have us confused here: do you want closed on-ear headphones, earbuds, or both?
There's really no pair of earbuds that will ever have a lot of bass, but if you're looking into canalphones there's the Fischer Eternas. If you don't watch to spend that much you could get the JVC FX1X. There's also the Audio-Technica CKM50 going for $30 on amazon atm.

An IEM would probably be best for you. Since you listen to rock, the DUNU Trident or Xeport 5010 are also good options.

Thanks, could you also give me an option for over ear, which I would only use for stuff like dubstep? I like to write dubstep so it would be good to also have a pair of over ear's and home?

If you make music, you should probably have a neutral headphone, but there aren't any in your price range (the Shure SRH440 is a bit more) but if you just want something fun, the AKG K518 is a good choice.
