i have done it and it was amazing. although u have to watch that u dont get too excited or you will wake up. also i would recomend making a plan of what your gonna do if u have one before it happens becuase during a lucid dream you still arnt thinking completely straight but just normal enough to knwo your sleeping

Its too much effort. Although a few days ago I began to experience it, I began to fly around a city and them I woke up. It sucked not because I began to experience a lucid dream but the fact that it was 4am.

It really isn't that hard! It took me 2 and a half weeks till i had my first one. All you have to do is lay 100% still, like you CAN NOT move your eyes, twitch or anything! You will have a huge erge to move and re adjust yourself and you may get some tingle/ numbness feelings going on, do NOT move just fight it off! and once you feel that start counting, 100 im dreaming, 99 im dreaming, all the way to 0.. in your mind of course. When you close your eyes you will see a bunch of white dots/boxes, try not to contrl them, all it is, is where your eye is damaged from sun exposure or scrathes. But around 50 you should be almost alseep. keep your mind focused on what you want to dream about, GOOD THOUGHTS THO! try not to think to much! and let your body fall asleep before your brain. You may notice you cant hear anything anymore and your body is dreaming... Dont get happy or excitied or you'll wake up! (i did this like 20 times!) throughout your normal day prolly 3-5 times a day look at your hands for about 5 second. This will help when youre finally dreaming you will do it in your dream because of muscle memory and your hands will not look the same! once you are dreaming you can do ANYTHING! do not be scared to take your life into your hands while your dreaming! just make sure youre dreaming!.. Some other helpful hints: Every morning as soon as you wake up right down anything and everything you can remeamber from the night before! this journal will be called your dream journal. also you may wake uo and not be able to move your body this iss called sleep paralysits, its because your body hasnt awoke yet and you'll try to yell and you cant for about 30seconds, dont be scared of it. its kinda freaky but it's also really cool to have the feeling. Any other question on how to lucid dream or anything else related to lucid dreaming. PM me

P.s.s Lucid dreaming can be a mightmare or a happy dream based on your mood and thoughts it's also one of the best feelings/experinces in the world, sorry for the spelling but my room's kinda dark :p (: hope this helps!!

This took me forever to read, but it helps tho because I would love to do this so I will try and control my erge to move ect.
