the fastest way i think personally is to play team defender, i got to 10th in 6.1/2 days game play so it kinda works
what you want to use is a MP7 or PP90M1 with extended mags or rapid fire or silencer or a mixture of these
for perks i would recommend scavenger as 1st, hardline as 2nd and what ever you find works best for the 3rd spot,
killstreaks i recommend using specialist as it lets you get more kills more easily and you get loads of xp for all the challenges related to the perks
