Help Starcraft 2 goes to a black screen when i start it +REPPosted:

So recently installed starcraft 2 again and when it starts up it goes to a black screen and my monitor says possibly optimum resolution 1280x1024 60Hz and cannot view this video mode.
What should i do?

im pretty sure you have to turn down your screen resolution.
